REMINDER: Now in its 6th year, St. Luke’s English Fête will bring a bit of olde England to downtown Renton this Saturday, Sept. 14.

A fun and festive event for all ages patterned after a traditional English country village fair, this event includes traditional English foods, carnival games and prizes, Sound and Fury Morris dancers, English music, cake stall, raffles, British car show, silent auction and beer, wine and cider in the Crown and Thistle pub.

This is St. Luke’s biggest fundraiser of the year, and is an event not to be missed!

ENJOY THE HIGH TEA
Sun-dappled tables in the shade of a kiwi-tree, dazzling dahlias in bloom swaying in the soft September breeze – such are the delights of high tea served in the brimming parish garden at historic St. Luke Episcopal Church in Old Renton. Ideally situated across from Jones Park at 99 Wells Ave S., St. Luke’s offers a lucky few a sumptuous traditionally English-styled high tea, elegantly served with linens, China, and gleaming silver. Savories, finger sandwiches, tarts, scones, and made-from-scratch clotted cream with berries are a few of the delicacies included in the modest $20/person cost. Children are welcome at the discounted rate of $15, and you can even opt to begin your repast with a mimosa upgrade for just an additional $5.

RESERVE YOUR SEAT FOR HIGH TEA!
Tables seat four and we expect to sell all seats. Should you desire private seating, you may reserve the whole table and fill it with friends, or we will be delighted to send any extra portions home with you for later enjoyment. Thank you for understanding the fundraising nature of this event.

Due to the nature of this fundraising event and coordinating volunteers, tickets are nonrefundable.
