The Seattle P-I reported Tuesday (Feb. 1st) that three men and a woman are facing charges that they kidnapped, beat and sexually assaulted a woman in an area north of Sea-Tac Airport.

The story claims that Candice Sanders, 23, Christapher White, 21, Luis Perez, 22, and Troy O’Dell, 25, held the unidentified female victim for two days at a home near the airport, where Sanders allegedly beat her.

Other times she was allegedly gang-raped by two of the male suspects in front of her their children.

The woman, who was hospitalized at Harborview Medical Center after the attack, told King County deputies that she had been assaulted, court documents show. Perez, O’Dell and White were apparently arrested later that day, as was Sanders.

A search done after the attack apparently turned up evidence of weapons, body armor and large amounts of prescription painkillers.

The former Burien couple that was charged last week with filming themselves raping their 4-year old daughter pleaded “not guilty” Tuesday (Nov. 10th) in King County Superior Court.

Hollie Beston, 31, of Burien, was arrested along with her ex-husband, Brian Beston, 36, of Kent by Seattle Police recently after the FBI learned of the sex crime from the recipient of the photos, a man facing child-molestation charges in Southern California.

Charging papers say the two provided live streaming video of the rape of their child over the internet to the California man, who alerted authorities as part of his therapy. Documents also claim that Brian Beston admitted repeatedly raping the girl, and that Hollie Beston admitted taking photos and videos of the crimes.

According to investigators, Beston was offering the girl online to have sex with the California man and streamed the live abuse to prove the authenticity of the offer.

In a case that makes one wonder if there’s something in the water ’round these parts, the Seattle P-I is reporting that King County prosecutors have filed child rape charges against a Des Moines woman named Mallory Lynn Rafferty for allegedly having sex with a 14-year-old boy.

According to the P-I, prosecutors allege that Rafferty, 21, was caught in a sexual encounter with the child in July by a family friend.

Apparently the boy told cops that he had been sexually active with her for months prior to a July 29th report to Child Protective Services. Rafferty was arrested just days after police met with the vicitm.

According to reports, Rafferty at first denied having sexual contact with the boy, but then told investigators that she and the youth had been “just” watching pornography together, not having sex.

Uh huh.

Washington State Supreme Court judges voted 5-4 to grant Brown’s 11th-hour appeal, after another lower-court judge had denied it on Wednesday.

Brown’s execution by lethal injection was scheduled to occur just after midnight Friday morning at the Washington State Penitentiary in Walla Walla.

Brown carjacked Washa, 22, then held her against her will for two days in a SeaTac motel, raping and torturing her before slashing her throat.

BOULEVARD PARK – Police are on the lookout for a man in his early 20s who is suspected of raping a 14-year-old girl early Monday morning in this neighborhood northeast of Burien.

The girl was allegedly drinking at a house in the 9600 block of Des Monies Memorial Drive South when the subject took her up into the attic, King Country Sheriff’s Office spokesman John Urquhart said.

It was there that the man apparently sexually assaulted her.

Urquhart said the victim’s friends, who were among at least four others at the house where several people frequently hang out, called police around 4:40am.

“They knew something was wrong,” said Urquhart, adding police have not positively identified the suspect yet.

Police said the girl was treated at Harborview Medical Center.
