• Shots from the Strawberry Festival, Farmers Market, Music & Movies in the Park, etc.
• A pedestrian traffic light changing from “Don’t Walk” to “Walk” (oooh…symbolism…)
• Trash Ape at the Strawberry Festival while the Voiceover talks about the 4th of July Parade (oops)
• Groovy action shots of kids skatin’ at the skatepark
• Shots of local medical offices
• Illustrations of Burien Town Square with unintentionally-humorous Voiceover touting “affordable housing” (we nearly LOL’d)

Burien Town Square is a new development in Burien, Washington.

An urban village with condominium residences, shopping, dining, a new city park, a new King County Public Library, and the new Burien City Hall.

Phase one is now under construction, with the condominium homes selling from a 4000 sq. ft. presentation center.

One and two-bedroom homes have nine-foot ceilings, slab granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, natural wood cabinets, fully tiled bathrooms, and large decks and patios.
