Public Health – Seattle & King County announced Wednesday (Nov. 16) that the Al-Ameen Market, located at 630 153rd Street in Burien, was closed by a food inspector at 3 p.m. for the following violations:

• Handwashing facilities unavailable
• Operating without a valid permit
• Imminent health hazard: no sanitary facilities available

“The establishment will be reopened once all issues have been resolved,” reads the county’s website.
