Learn About “Life After High School” At Highline High School Nov. 3rd

Highline Public Schools is holding its annual “Life After High School” college and career fair at the Highline High School Gym on Wednesday, Nov. 3rd, from 5:30pm – 8:30pm.

There will be 100 college and career booths spread throughout the gym, as well as a Middle School Rally, info on financial aid, as well as a presentation on “things he wished he knew before starting college” from Lull Mengesha, author of “The Only Black Student.”

Here are the details:

WHAT: Highline Public Schools “Life After High School” College and Career Day.

WHEN: Wednesday, Nov. 3rd from 5:30pm – 8:30pm.

WHERE: Highline High School Gym, as well as the Performing Arts Center, located at 225 South 152nd Street, Burien.

INFO: Here’s the schedule:

  • 5:30pm – 8:30pm: 100 College & Career Booths! (gym)
  • 6pm: Middle School Rally (Performing Arts Center) Lull Mengesha, author of The Only Black Student, will present things he wished he knew before starting college.
  • 7pm: Financial Aid (Performing Arts Center) College Essay (library) Middle School to College – How to Make the Transition (cafeteria)
