I know that Joe McDermott favors a state income tax - that's enough to lose my vote right there......another politician wanting to put his hand in my wallet to pay for public employee benefits! Hopefully, Shawn is more in touch with the common hard-working stiff that NEEDS to hang on to their money in this tough economy to make ends meet.
