Assume for the moment that he’s truly mentally ill and that caused him to murder four people, is the hospital saying that he’s now fit to leave hospital grounds to the effect of being among the general population? I have a lot of faith in psychology, but if they’re saying “don’t worry, this man won’t kill you”, then I’m sorry I can’t take your word for it. Psychology is good but it’s not that good. Keep him the f–k away from people.
