Of course, your lazy writer chooses an Italian protagonist and his dialect defects are Italian because it is easy to slam Italians. If he was truly a talented writer he could figure out a better story using Norwegians! Frankly, the entire concept doesn’t seem like much of a stretch for Czaress Joan.
