We were told there was a very slim chance of re-booking, so our whole trip to Idaho has been canceled and we're just staying home in Fresno for Christmas. You're so blessed to have been able to reschedule. Mine was one of 47 flights canceled at that time. It was very difficult to get through to Alaska, the recorded message said they couldn't handle my call and suggested going online. When I went online, it could not process a change and told me to call. I finally got through via phone and was put on hold for 1 3/4 hours before I talked to an airline representative.
