A couple of weeks ago, we found our neighbor's cat's leg bones, collar and fur in our front yard. Yesterday at 6:15am, two coyotes were strolling down our street. And they are not all roaming around alone. A neighbor on Lake Burien recently lost a pet cat to coyotes. A man walking his dog pointed out that he saw two coyotes going down a nearby driveway toward the lake. If you sit quietly outside at night you can sometimes hear them barking (They seem to be calling one another.). They live in the gullies and also down in Seahurst Park. Coyotes ARE out there.
